Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Live Olympiad. It supplements our Terms of Service. Because Live Olympiad relies on third-party AI providers, you must also comply with those providers’ usage policies. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

You must not use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Generate or distribute content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or that is otherwise illegal.
• Create hateful, harassing, or violent content, or content that promotes self-harm or incites harm to others.
• Produce disinformation, impersonate others, or present AI-generated content as human-made where that is deceptive or unlawful.
• Provide tailored professional advice (medical, legal, financial) without appropriate qualification and disclaimers.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell raw model access from, or build a competing AI model or service using the Service.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach security, disrupt the Service, or circumvent usage limits or access controls.
• Submit others’ personal or confidential data without a lawful basis and consent.

Educational responsibility

Live Olympiad produces AI-generated educational material that may contain errors. Educators and learners are responsible for reviewing generated lessons, quizzes, and grades for accuracy and appropriateness before use.
